What is Assistance?
Assistance is a mobile app that connects people in Tirana with nearby helpers for moving, recycling, and giveaways. You post a task with a fixed price, helpers accept it, and you choose who comes.
Where will Assistance be available?
We’re starting in Tirana. Assistance is being built for iOS and Android, with moving, recycling, and giveaways as the first services. The app is not available to download yet.
Who sets the price?
You do. When you post a moving or recycling task, you set a fixed price in Lek. Helpers apply by accepting that price, and you choose one. Giveaways are free.
How will payments work?
The initial launch uses cash. You pay your helper directly, and both of you confirm the payment. Online payments are planned for a later phase.
Who can become a helper?
Helpers need a verified phone number, an identity review, and approval from our team before accepting tasks. A suitable vehicle is required when the task needs one.
Can I get help from two people?
Yes. A moving task can request two people. You choose one responsible helper, who arranges the second person. The published price covers the whole task.
Will everyone see my address?
No. People browsing tasks see the area, not the exact address. Private location details are shared with the helper or recipient you select.
